Ratchet strap and buckle assembly: Neq quick-acting ratchet strap to be provided as the new center strap on QR-OTS systems beginning January 1, 2006. Strap will hold the medical oxygen cylinder securely in place, yet release quickly and easily whne the cylinder is changed out.
