TFT Pro/Pak Foam Application System, 1", 12gpm@100psi

TFT's PRO/pak foam injection and application system is the ideal choice with any Class A, AFFF or Alcohol Resistant foam concentrate. Everything you need is contained in one package that attaches to the end of your 25 or 38 mm (1 or 1½") fire hose. The PRO/pak has a high impact 9.5 l (2.5 gal.) foam reservoir with a built-in eductor that can be set to the ratio of foam or wetting agents being used. A large, easy-open fill port has an indicator to show the type of liquid in the tank. Flow is controlled by a twist grip valve that also functions as a carrying handle. With three different quick connect nozzles included, the PRO/pak system is capable of producing low or medium expansion finished foam, while operating at low inlet pressures.

Task Force Tips model # UM12 PRO/pak portable Class A or B foam delivery system shall be provided. The system shall be constructed of a high impact 2-1/2 gallon plastic tank with a built in eductor made of hardcoat anodized aluminum alloy and stainless steel. The large fill port on the foam tank shall have a built in indicator to display the type of concentrate stored inside the tank as well as a screen to filter out impurities in the foam concentrate.

The container shall have an integral handle, which also functions as a twist grip flow control valve. The unit shall operate with inlet pressures from 40-500 PSI and a nominal flow of 12 GPM at 100 PSI. A field changeable percentage knob shall provide selectable proportioning ratios of one, three and six percent. The unit shall have the operation instructions permanently applied to the unit and have a laser engraved serial number.

The unit shall be supplied with three quick connect nozzles; straight stream, low expansion and medium expansion. A 2.7 foot hose, cap and shoulder strap shall also be supplied. The inlet for the unit shall be configured with a 1" female NH swivel coupling.
